By placing an order, the customer agrees to the collection and use of his personal data for the purpose of processing the order, sending an electronic ticket and notifications to the specified email or phone number. This data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties and is used solely for the provision of services.

6. When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide reliable information. ANDI EVENTS undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties, except in cases provided for by Israeli law.

7. Orders can be placed both on the website independently and by calling the specified phone number. After registration or payment for the order, the client has access to various services, including a notification system and the ability to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

9. Cancellation of an order less than 7 days before the event is not possible if more than 2 weeks have passed since the date of purchase.

10. Refunds are made in accordance with the rules of the credit company to the credit card with which the order was paid. It is important to note that refunds are only possible to the card with which the order was paid.

11. In the event of an event cancellation, the company will inform the customer via email, WhatsApp or SMS and will refund the entire amount paid for the order. In the event of an event being postponed at the request of the Israel Home Front Command or for other reasons, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date of the event. The customer has the right to request a refund for the ticket if he/she is unable to attend the event on the new date. 19. ANDI EVENTS has the right to use notifiers to inform the client about changes and new features of the Service, about changes to the Agreement or Mandatory Documents specified therein, as well as for informational or advertising mailings.

20. Photo and video shooting at the event:

20.1. By purchasing a ticket for any event on this website, you automatically consent to photo and video shooting during the event.

20.2. You agree that photo and video materials in which you may be captured will be used for publication on social networks, on the official websites of the event and in other advertising and information materials without additional notice and without compensation. This use complies with Article 3(5) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Information.

20.3. All rights to photo and video materials created during the event belong to ANDI EVENTS (346683543). ANDI EVENTS (346683543) has the right to edit, modify and use these materials at its own discretion. This right is based on Article 2(8)
